Refund Policy
ROMA refund and returns policy.
ROMA Devices products are built in small batches and inspected before shipment. Because of this, all sales are considered final once shipped, except where ROMA Devices confirms a defect, shipping error, or other issue covered by this policy.
Physical Products
ROMA does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. For a faulty pedal, use the warranty request page; for a shipping error, damaged delivery, or payment issue, contact ROMA support. Do not send an item back without instructions. This does not exclude cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights that applicable law requires.
Limited, NOS, Preorder, and Waitlist Items
Limited-edition, NOS, preorder, waitlist, custom, discounted, used, opened, modified, or final-sale items are not refundable unless required by law or approved by ROMA Devices in writing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact ROMA promptly if an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, and include the order reference and a description of the issue. For a defect covered by the 1-year limited warranty, submit a warranty request. Paid repairs are available up to 5 years. A request for prompt notice does not shorten the stated warranty or any mandatory legal rights. ROMA will assess the appropriate repair, replacement, or other remedy under the warranty and applicable law.
Digital Products
All digital products, downloads, licenses, presets, files, and electronic materials are final once purchased, delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping, return shipping, customs duties, taxes, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable costs are non-refundable unless ROMA Devices decides otherwise.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior approval may be refused, returned to sender, or processed at ROMA Devices’ discretion.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection rights.
