ROMA Devices respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how ROMA Devices, LLC, doing business as ROMA Devices and ROMA Legion, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, store, owner portal, registration tools, digital products, communications, and related services.
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, billing and shipping information, order details, account information, product registrations, serial numbers, support messages, and communications with ROMA. We may also collect technical information such as device data, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral sources, cart activity, and usage data through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies. Payment information is processed by our payment providers. ROMA may receive transaction details, payment status, and limited billing information, but we do not intend to store full payment card numbers.
ROMA uses information to process orders, ship products, manage accounts, verify ownership, register products, provide support, deliver digital products, improve our services, prevent fraud, enforce policies, send transactional messages, and communicate about ROMA products, releases, and updates. No system is completely secure, and ROMA cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or interruption will never occur. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
ROMA keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the services, fulfill orders, maintain ownership records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and protect ROMA’s business interests.
ROMA services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you access ROMA from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where ROMA or its service providers operate. By using ROMA services, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
ROMA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of ROMA services after changes are posted means the updated policy applies.
