Terms for buyers purchasing licenses on ROMA.
These Buyer Terms apply to all purchases made through ROMA Devices.
All purchases are charged at the full listed price at checkout unless ROMA Devices expressly offers a written deposit or payment-plan option. This includes in-stock items, preorders, waitlist items, limited releases, NOS editions, digital products, and special releases. By placing an order, you authorize ROMA Devices to charge the full purchase price, plus applicable shipping, taxes, duties, and fees.
A preorder or waitlist purchase secures your place in ROMA Devices’ production or fulfillment queue. It does not guarantee a specific ship date. Estimated timelines are provided for convenience only and may change due to production volume, component availability, supplier delays, quality control, or other operational needs.
Limited-edition, NOS, and small-batch products may depend on rare or difficult-to-source components. If a component or product becomes unavailable, ROMA Devices may offer a substitute, store credit, refund, continued waitlist placement, or another reasonable resolution at its discretion.
Submitting payment does not guarantee order acceptance. ROMA Devices may cancel, refund, limit, or refuse any order for inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, abusive conduct, or other legitimate business reasons.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. ROMA Devices is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
All purchases are also governed by ROMA Devices’ Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Digital products, downloads, licenses, presets, files, and electronic materials are final once purchased, delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details, price, shipping terms, refund terms, and applicable policies before submitting payment.
