Creator Terms

1. Eligibility

To become a ROMA creator, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to distribute the content you upload.

2. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading to ROMA, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and promote your content.

3. Revenue and Fees

Creators earn revenue from license sales. ROMA retains a platform fee as specified in your creator agreement. Payouts are subject to our payout schedule and minimum thresholds.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
